The terms of practice are being prepared with counsel. Until then, the booking confirmation and contact reply carry the working terms of each session.

1. Scope and provider
These Terms govern the contracts concluded through this website between the provider and you as a consumer.
Provider: Kathrin Rotter c/o Bufete Marrero Henning, C/ San Miguel 68A, 8º 07002 Palma de Mallorca, Spain Email: kr@o-kind.com
These Terms apply in accordance with the Spanish consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU) and applicable EU consumer law.
2. Services offered
We offer the following services:
• Human Design readings • Kundalini Yoga live classes • Membership / paywalled portal access • Curation and concierge services • Sobremesa gatherings
Important: these services are offered for well-being, education and personal growth. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, do not constitute a diagnosis, and are not a substitute for professional healthcare. If you have any health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
3. How a contract is formed
The presentation of services on this website is an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer. By completing the booking or purchase flow and confirming your order, you make a binding offer to enter into a contract. The contract is formed when we accept your order, for example by confirming the booking or purchase by email.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. You will receive an invoice or receipt for your purchase in accordance with applicable law.
5. Right of withdrawal (derecho de desistimiento)
As a consumer you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days, without giving any reason.
Exceptions. The right of withdrawal does not apply, or is lost, in particular where: (a) a service has been fully performed and its performance began with your prior express consent together with your acknowledgement that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service had been fully performed; and (b) the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
How to withdraw. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us by a clear declaration (for example, an email to kr@o-kind.com) of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires. You may use a model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.
Where withdrawal applies, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling and membership
Sessions and classes. Individual sessions and classes may be cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
Membership. A membership runs for the term selected at purchase and renews automatically for successive terms unless cancelled before the end of the current term. You may cancel a membership at any time with effect from the end of the current paid term, by the means indicated in your account or by contacting us at kr@o-kind.com.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer-protection law.
Given the well-being and educational nature of the services, you remain responsible for your own health and for deciding whether participation is appropriate for you.
8. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address is set out in section 1.
9. Final provisions and severability
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory rule that comes closest to its commercial purpose.
